Ilian and Sonia’s Real Estate journey began in the late 90’s upon the birth of their first daughter which pillared a natural desire to create a better life for their growing family. The couple began to pursue their so called North American dream when moving to the beautiful area of Beaconsfield in the West Island of Montreal, and successfully becoming Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokers, in 1999.
After being associated with Group Sutton for six years and with Remax for three years, Ilian and Sonia decided to establish their very own agency and successfully became Certified Agency Executive Officers (AEO), in 2008. The entrepreneurial partners have been devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout the Province of Quebec ranging from boroughs in the 
Island of Montreal and Laval to cities in the Montérégie and Lanaudière regions and Laurentians, and more, together ever since.
